Dr Reena is a Chartered Counselling Psychologist, Associate Fellow of the British Psychological Society and Founder of RDA Autism and ADHD Practice. She has worked across the NHS Substance Use Services, Specialist Child and Adolescent Mental Health, and Specialist Neurodevelopmental service, the private sector and charities.
Her approach is trauma‑informed, neuro‑affirming and compassionate focused for children, adults and families. She applies EMDR, CFT, systemic thinking, and trauma‑informed care across her clinical work.
She stands for socially just, culturally aware care particularly within global majority communities. She provides training and resources at conferences, educational settings and a wide range of professional settings.
Dr John is a Consultant Child & Adolescent Psychiatrist and the clinical lead for the practice, with over 20 years of experience. He has worked across NHS inpatient, secure, and community services, specialising in ADHD, mood and anxiety difficulties, Autism, eating difficulties, substance use, psychosis and trauma.
GMC‑registered, he brings deep expertise in assessing and supporting young people with complex needs in the NHS and works with individuals across the life span. His approach centres on early intervention, collaborative care, and meaningful change for individuals and families.
Dr Fawole also teaches, mentors, and contributes to research and service improvement. He is an associate member of the Royal College of Psychiatrists and remains committed to delivering compassionate, evidence‑based care.
Dr Maisha is a UK‑trained, HCPC‑registered Clinical Psychologist who delivers culturally attuned assessments, formulations and consultations for RDA Autism and ADHD Practice. She has clinical experience working across acute, secure and community settings, and currently works in an NHS Specialist Child and Adolescent Mental Health Service alongside the private sector.
She is trained in psychological therapies such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Mindfulness and Compassion Focused Therapy. She delivers reflective practice facilitation, with a strong focus on co‑producing care that is transparent, collaborative and responsive to individual needs.
Her research and quality‑improvement work centres racial inequalities, culturally adapted therapy, and systemic barriers to mental health support. Her kind, thoughtful approach is valued by those she has supported, including children, adults, parents and multi‑agency professionals.
Her leadership skills include service evaluations exploring access, engagement and recovery across ethnic groups, contributing to service development and more equitable pathways, and she has published in a number of academic journals. She has contributed to service design and governance within acute and forensic settings, helping shape psychologically informed pathways and drive improvements in ward culture and service‑user experience.
Celia is a Highly Specialist Speech and Language Therapist with extensive experience working as an Autism specialist. She has extensive expertise supporting preschool children, school‑aged pupils and young people across a wide range of developmental needs.
Celia is ADOS‑trained and has a strong clinical focus on the assessment of Autism, with particular interest and experience in identifying and understanding presentations in young people, especially girls, whose profiles can often be more nuanced and under‑recognised. Her work is grounded in a thorough, person‑centred approach, combining evidence‑based assessment with a deep understanding of individual communication profiles.
She is committed to delivering high‑quality, compassionate care and to supporting children, young people and their families through clear, thoughtful assessment and intervention.
Mia is a dedicated Speech and Language Therapist with experience in the complex needs sector, supporting neurodivergent children, adolescents and young adults, either diagnosed Autistic, ADHD with a range of developmental differences. Her work centres on personalised care that meets each person's unique communication needs.
Using a sensory‑based therapy model, she adapts her approach to each person's strengths, helping them build meaningful communication skills and supporting their wider development.
